Jose A. Gutierrez-Fons

Jose A. Gutierrez-Fons is a legal assistant at the cabinet of judge K. Lenaerts at the Court of Justice of the European Union, since 2009. He holds a degree in Law from the University of Madrid (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid), an LL.M. in European Law from the College of Europe and a PhD in Law from Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London. Prior to joining the Court of Justice of the European Union, he was teaching and research assistant (2005-2008), post-doctoral visiting researcher (University of Michigan) (2008-2009), Visiting Lecturer at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (since 2010).
