John Reynolds is Head of the Commercial Litigation Practice in London. He has a broad commercial litigation and arbitration practice with a particular focus on banking and finance disputes. John represents banks and other financial institutions in relation to the many aspects of their businesses where a dispute arises or there is a risk of dispute. John has represented parties in the English courts at all levels and in numerous international arbitration tribunals. He has also litigated in jurisdictions outside the UK, including the Eastern Caribbean (in particular, British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Antigua, St. Kitts and St. Lucia), Bermuda and other offshore jurisdictions. John is a member of the International Bar Association and the British Association for Sport and Law. He is a member of the Committee of the Commercial Litigators Forum. He sits as an arbitrator, in particular in sports-related disputes. John joined White & Case in September 2006 from another major US firm where he was head of their UK dispute resolution practice.
