Jingyuan is a member of the firm’s corporate and commercial department and focuses her practice on inbound and outbound investment and financing transactions. The clients that she has worked with are primarily Western and Chinese entities in the sector of telecoms, media and technology (TMT), including a number of funds, startups, and other public and private companies. Her work encompasses matters in a broad range of cross-border investments, including strategic and financial investments, private equity and venture capital investments, market entry and compliance, and intellectual property.
