Ji Zou is a corporate and M&A partner and the Managing Partner in our Shanghai office. Ji has more than 15 years of M&A (both domestic and cross-border), foreign direct investment, joint venture, private equity, venture capital, employment and general corporate experience. Ji is a member of our China Financial Institutions Group. She also advises foreign and domestic fund sponsors on their participation in and establishment of RMB-denominated funds. Ji received an LLB from Peking University Law School and a J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University Law School. Ji is Chinese, and is qualified in California and New York. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
