Jessica Biggio’s latest position was partner at Skadden, Arps’ Antitrust practice in the firm’s New York Office. She represented U.S. and international clients in connection with various antitrust issues concerning mergers and acquisitions, litigations, joint ventures, distribution arrangements, and competitor collaborations and regularly appeared before the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission and state antitrust enforcement authorities. She holds and J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
