Jérôme Fehrenbach is the General manager of the High Council for the Notarial Profession. He was previously the Secretary-General of KPMG in France. He has previous experience at the French Ministry of Finance - General Inspectorate of Finance and at the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission and was technical counsel in charge of the State reform in the private office of the former French Prime Minister, Dominique de Villepin. He holds a degree from HEC and is a former student from the National School of Administration (ENA).
