Jerome is part of White & Case, Brussels’ office, as an associate. Before joining White & Case, he worked for Van Bael & Bellis. His main areas of practice are EU competition and EU regulatory law. Previously, Jerome has worked on a wide range of cases involving the energy, telecoms, media, ICT, pharmaceutical and food retail sectors. His focus has been specifically on the interplay between EU regulatory regimes and competition enforcement, as well as the overlap between Intellectual Property and competition law. Prior to joining Van Bael & Bellis, Jerome trained with the Brussels and Paris offices of Linklaters LLP and Herbert Smith LLP. He was also a trainee at the European Commission within the cabinet of the Internal Market & Services Commissioner, Michel Barnier. Jerome’s mother tongues are English and French. He also has a conversational command of German.
