Jeremy de Douhet is a Senior Legal Counsel for Total. He previously worked at the Paris office of Clifford Chance in June 2008 after after having worked as an antitrust lawyer in the Washington, DC office of an International U.S. law firm and at White & Case Paris. Jeremy de Douhet’s area of practice includes all aspects of EU and French competition law for International and French clients. He concentrates principally in the following fields of expertise: French and EU merger control; Assisting clients in the context of investigations led by EU and French competition authorities; Antitrust practices (concerted practices and abuse of dominant position); Distribution contracts; Horizontal and vertical cooperation agreements; and State aids. He holds a Master degree in European Law from the University of Paris I - Panthéon - Sorbonne and an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the Paris bar and the New-York bar.
