Jennifer Siroteau is Head of the Economics, Forward Planning and Universal Service Unit of the French Communications Regulatory Authority (ARCEP) where she has worked since 2008. She was previously case officer in the Mergers and State Aid unit with the Directorate General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Prevention of Fraud (DGCCRF) - French Ministry of Budget. She holds a degree from the ENSAE - ParisTech and a Master degree in Finances from the University of Paris Dauphine.
