Jennifer Stewart is an associate in the firm’s New York litigation group. Her practice includes the preparation of complex commercial cases, principally in the areas of antitrust, sports, securities and M&A, and bankruptcy. Much of Ms. Stewart’s practice involves sports-related litigation. She represents the National Football League Players Association on a regular basis in matters ranging from disputes arising under the collective bargaining agreement to antitrust litigation. Ms. Stewart also has experience representing NBA players. In her pro bono work, Ms. Stewart was previously part of a team representing several hundred Indian nationals in a human trafficking lawsuit filed in the Eastern District of Louisiana. She holds a BA from the University of King’s College and a JD from Queen’s University.
