


Jennifer E. Mellott
Jennifer is a senior associate in the antitrust, competition, and trade group at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Her practice areas include representing clients on a range of US and international antitrust law issues before the Federal Trade Commission and the Antitrust Division at the Department of Justice. She has particular experience representing clients with respect to the US merger control and review process, multi-jurisdictional merger control, civil antitrust litigation, and international cartel investigations. Jennifer has experience in a wide variety of industries, including automotive, industrial products, natural gas gathering and processing, nutritional products, online advertising, and telecommunications. Jennifer received her JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where she graduated magna cum laude and was granted membership to the Order of the Coif. She received her BA with honors in Political Science, Philosophy and Economics from Boston University, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude.
