Jean-Pierre Ponssard is Associate researcher fellow at the CNRS and Professor of Economics at the École polytechnique. His main researches are on business strategy and game theory. He won the CNRS silver medal in 1992 and was Director of laboratoire d’économétrie at the CNRS from 1999 to 2009. In 2003 he was promoted chairman of the Ecole Polytechnique and at the EDF chair in “Sustainable Development”. In 2007, he was Co-chairman (with C. Gollier) of the chair for sustainable finance and responsible investment (FDIR). Since 2012, he is Coordinator of the “Business Sustainability” Research Initiative Europlace Institute of Finance (EIF).
