Jean-Maxime Blutel is a member of the Paris Bar and a partner in the Antitrust & Competition department at Mayer Brown Paris. Jean-Maxime is involved in various competition enforcement proceedings before the European and French competition authorities. He studied European and Competition law and obtained a Masters degree in European Business Law at University Paris V (René Descartes) in 2008. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, he worked as a trainee for EDF and Veolia Environnement, two major French companies in Energy and Utilities industries. He also worked for various law firms, in France and in the US. He joined Mayer Brown Paris’ competition department as a trainee in 2010.
