Jean-Charles Albitre is managing and co-founding partner. He is a French attorney at the Paris bar and registered european lawyer at the Budapest bar. He focuses primarily on M&A transactions, stock exchange law and corporate but also has significant experience in construction and infrastructure, water and energy projects. He worked extensively in the industry, life sciences and agri-food sectors. A specialist of emerging markets, he previously worked at Gide LoyretteNoueland Dentons. He has been involved on Iranian matters for seven years and is established in Iran since 2015, where he has been in charge of launching the local practice of Dentons international law firm with Baki Maneche prior to founding Ferdowsi Legal. Jean-Charles speaks French, English, German and Hungarian with notions of Persian.
