Jakub Berthoty is the founder and lead lawyer of Dagital Legal, a law firm in Slovakia. He is the author of three national codes of conducts under the GDPR. He regularly represents the slovak bank and insurance sector as well as the bar association. Prior to founding his firm, Jakub Berthoty was a junior associate at Kinstellar Bratislava office. He specialises in competition, corporate and commercial law matters. He gained his degrees at Pan European University, Slovakia and The College of Law, London, United Kingdom and his LL.M degree at Middlesex University, London, United Kingdom. Jakub speaks Slovak and English.
