Ivana Halamová Dobíšková joined Allen & Overy Prague in 2007 after working with another law firm in Brussels and in the legal service of the European Commission. Ivana Halamová Dobíšková specialises in competition, regulatory and EU law. She has been involved in a number of corporate transactions, which include restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. At the same time, she is attending a PhD program in EU law at the Masaryk University in Brno. Ivana Halamová Dobíšková holds a masters degree from the Charles University in Prague and the LL.M. from the College of Europe in Bruges. Her native language is Czech, and she is fluent in English and French. Ivana Halamová Dobíšková is also a member of the Appeal Committee (rozkladová komise) in the Office for the Protection of Competition and a board member of the ICC Commission for Competition of the Czech Republic.
