Igor Augustinič is a partner at Braun Partners and head of the branch office in Bratislava. He studied law in Bratislava, Graz, Prague and Vienna. Apart from competition law, his expertise includes the banking and financial law, M&A, corporate law and real estate law. He is an author of numerous articles and a lecturer. Throughout his practise, he has taken part in a number of key transactions for local as well as international clients. In addition to his native Slovak, his working languages include English, German and Czech.
