Henk Don worked at the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets until January 2020. He is now an independant advisor. He earned a master’s degree in econometrics from the University of Amsterdam (UvA), and received his Ph.D. from the same university. From October 1, 2009, until the launch of the ACM, he was a member of the Board of the Netherlands Competition Authority.
