Hazel Yin is a partner and co-head of the China competition practice Hazel’s practice covers advising multinational and Chinese clients on inbound and outbound merger control, regulatory investigations, and antitrust risk and compliance. including in the healthcare, utilities, mining, logistics, industrials, high-tech, consumer products, telecommunications and IT sectors.Hazel holds an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School, the Postgraduate Diploma on EU Competition Law from King’s College London, and Bachelor of Art and Master of Law degrees from Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
