Maxime Hauviller is currently référendaire at the Court of Justice of the European Union (General Court). Prior to joining it in 2015, he was Legal Advisor at the Autorité de la concurrence (French Competition Authority, Paris) and Lecturer in competition law at the University of Paris Ouest Nanterre la Défense (Paris X). Before joining the French Authority in 2013, he served for several years as Legal Assistant at the Paris Court of Appeal (Chamber 5-7). He holds a Master’s Degree in Law (2010) from the University of Lorraine (Nancy), where he also carried out doctoral studies while he was Assistant Lecturer in competition law.
