He teaches contracts, corporations, labor relations, antitrust, and intellectual property; research interests in European and International Antitrust (Competition) Law, intellectual property, Software Law, technology policy and public procurement; He wrote about a dozen book publications as author and/or editor; ca. 60 articles; He is also an expert for the national government and various international organisations (EU, UNCTAD, WIPO).
