Gry Høirup is special Advisor at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority. Prior to that, she was trainee judge at the city court of Copenhagen during 4 months in 2014, attorney at Law at Lawfirm Poul Schmith from 2009 till 2010 and Junior Associate at Bech Bruun during 2007 till 2009. Prior to that, she was an associate at White & Case. She advised multinational corporations, trade associations and others on European Union law, including competition law, State aid, M&A, public procurement and regulatory matters. Her work included advice to clients undergoing investigations and advice on the application of antitrust law in the pharmaceuticals sector. Before joining White & Case she worked in the cabinet of the President of the European Court of First Instance in Luxembourg, where she drafted reports for hearings, preliminary reports and orders for cases before the Court.
