Gregoire Marlot joined Réseau Ferré de France (now SNCF Réseau) in 2007, after four years as an economist in the French Finance ministry. He has been the chief economist and the director of strategy of RFF, and he’s currently in charge of economic, regulatory and european affairs. Gregoire Marlot received his PhD in economics from the University of Lyon in 2002. His research works focused on optimal pricing, congestion, and the use of tradable permits in the transport sector. He taught economics as an assistant professor in the “Ecole des Ponts Paristech” and in the “Ecole National d’Administration” (ENA).
