Giacomo Luchetta is economic Analyst at Economisti Associati. Prior to that, he was a Ph.D. Candidate in Law and Economics at LUISS “Guido Carli” University in Rome and a Researcher in the Regulatory Affairs Programme of the Centre for European Policy Studies in Brussels. His main academic interests and areas of activities are better regulation and competition policy. He carried out projects and acted as a consultant for the European Commission, the World Bank, the European Economic and Social Committee, and the Italian Minister for EU Affairs. He was awarded an LL.M. from the Universities of Rotterdam and Gent, as well as a M.Sc. in Law and Economics and a B.Sc. in Political Sciences from LUISS “Guido Carli” University in Rome.
