


Gerald Miersch
Gerald Miersch works in the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission. He is currently Head of Unit in the Cartels Directorate. He joined the European Commission in 1999 and worked in antitrust (media and services) and merger units. He studied law in Hamburg, Geneva and Cambridge. He wrote several articles on EU competition law.
