Georgeta Dinu joined Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) in August 2004. She has been partner, head of competition practice since January 2013. Georgeta Dinu assists clients in high profile investigations and in challenging the competition authority’s decisions before Romanian courts. She also represents clients before EU courts and advises on day-to-day business conduct, competition compliance, merger clearance and state aid projects. Also advised clients in connection with M&A aspects. Georgeta Dinu graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School. Georgeta holds a Master Degree in EC Competition Law from King’s College at the University of London and a Master Degree in International and European Business Law from Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne University. She is fluent in English and French.
