George Karamanos has been Director of Legal, Transactions and Marketing at AppDynamics since August 2016. Prior to that, he worked at Estee Lauder during 7 months and he was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati from 2010 till 2014. He holds an an LLM from University College London. He holds a Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia. George has previously practiced law at Sidley Austin LLP in New York and O’Melveny & Myers LLP in Washington, D.C. focusing on merger counseling, Sherman Act Section 1 and 2 claims, and antitrust compliance matters. George speaks English and Greek.
