Frederick Amiel

Frédérick Amiel was appointed Legal director for competition, compliance and ethics in Februray 2022. Prior to that position, Frédérick Amiel was the Head of Group Suez’ Competition Department, in Paris. Previously, he worked as permanent rapporteur at the French Competition Authority. He also worked as lawyer at Mayer Brown (2010-2013), Racine (2003-2004), Haarmann Hemmelrath (2002-2003) and Jeantet Associés (2001-2002). He was admitted to the Paris bar in 2000 and he is a former student of University Grenoble II (PhD in Law, 1999), University of Wien (1995), University Paris II (DEA, International Public and Economic Law, 1993) and University Paris II (Master, Public Law, 1992). He also founded Aria Conseils in 2013 and joined the group Suez in 2014.
