Frans Muller is a Counsel with Clifford Chance based in the firm’s Amsterdam office. He heads the Amsterdam Antitrust group and is part of the Amsterdam Tech Group. He specialises in multi-jurisdictional merger control, cartel investigations and other behavioural antitrust as well as State aid and compliance matters (including anti-bribery and sanctions). In addition, he advises on foreign direct investment screening. He has wide experience with a variety of regulators and regularly advises on (multi-jurisdictional) regulatory investigations and implementing compliance policies and (internal document) reviews.
