François Arbault is since Januray 2021 Director for Defence Industry at the Directorate-General for Defence Industry and Space (DG ’DEFIS’). He has been an officer at the European Commission since 1995. He however was legal secretary at the Court of Justice of the European Union from 2003 to 2005.
