Franck Rebillard

Franck Rebillard is a Professor of Media Studies at Sorbonne Nouvelle University, Paris, where he leads the IRMÉCCEN research team (Research Institute on Media, Culture and Digital Communication) within the LABEX ICCA (Laboratory of Excellence about Cultural Industries). His own works deal with the socio-economics of the Internet and discourse analysis of online news. He is the author of three books (in French) dedicated to the Web 2.0 (2007), media diversity (2013) and digital culture (2016), and of several articles published in national and international journals such as Media, Culture & Society or New Media & Society.
