Mr. Niclós Negrão is an international trade and antitrust partner with Trench Rossi Watanabe, São Paulo, Brazil. He specializes in antitrust, international trade, and compliance, and represents clients across a wide range of industries. He graduated magna cum laude highest honors Economics B.A. from Brandeis University (Boston – USA, 2000) with a Justice Brandeis Scholarship (1997 – 2001). Mr. Niclós Negrão has a Master’s degree in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University GSIEF (Boston – USA, 2001), with a semester at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi (Milan – Italy, 2000), and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Centro Universitário de Brasília (Brasília – Brazil, 2006). Mr. Niclós Negrão is also a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional – CCEP from the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics – SCCE (San Francisco – USA, 2012). Previous to his experience as a lawyer, Mr. Niclós Negrão was a Finance and Controlling Analyst of the Brazilian Treasury Secretariat in the Ministry of Finance (2003-2004), acting in the negotiation of foreign funding operations with international organizations. He is also Phi Beta Kappa (2000) and received the Morris and Anna Feldberg Award for excellence in Economics (2001).
