


Fiona Carlin
Fiona Carlin is head of the firm’s European & competition law Practice in Brussels. She is the chair of the Competition Law Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union (AmCham EU), of which she was vice-chair of the Board of Directors from 2004 to 2007. In that capacity, she takes an active role in consultations with the European Commission on all major EU Competition policy developments. Fiona Carlin has published numerous articles, and speaks regularly at conferences on topics related to her practice. She is listed in The International Who’s Who of Competition Lawyers 2009. Fiona Carlin advises clients on a wide variety of competition law issues. Her experience includes merger control, patent and know-how licensing, the structuring of distribution networks, state aid grants, compliance programs, and the defence of clients involved in cartel investigations up to appeal stage before the European Courts in Luxembourg.
