Farin Harrison is a Professional Support Lawyer (“PSL”) in the EU, Competition and Trade Department in Baker & McKenzie’s London office and specialises in EU and UK competition law. Farin contributes to and supports the management of relevant, high quality knowhow to the practice and creates and delivers technical legal training to our lawyers and external clients. Prior to becoming a PSL, Farin was a Senior Associate in the department. She has advised on all aspects of competition law and merger control in various industry sectors, including petrochemicals, food and beverages, telecommunications, and luxury products. Farin has also done secondments at the CMA, where she worked on the Construction Cartel and assisted with the preparation of the CMA’s cartel offence prosecution guidance. She has done further secondments at a major UK mobile network operator and the Financial Conduct Authority.
