Eric Ginter is Tax Partner at Hoche Société d’avocats. He has been for 15 years a high civil servant in the French Revenue where he was in charge of coordination of tax audits and responsible of the ruling department. He also served as tax attaché for 2 years at the French permanent representation to the EU. As lawyer (since 1992) he was involved in many tax leveraged asset financing, family assets restructuring and major tax litigation cases, before French and European courts. He also teaches international tax law at the University of Burgundy (Dijon). He is co-author of « Fiscalité directe et droit communautaire » (Ed. Fiduciaire).
