Emmanuel Dieny is a member of the Paris Bar since 1997. He obtained his business law degree from the University of Toulouse I (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise - DJCE), with a certificate of specialization in economic law from the University of Montpellier. After working in French and American law firms in Paris, he started his own practice in 2006. He focuses on French and European competition law. He regularly advises and assists clients in connection with anti-competitive agreements, abuse of a dominant position, restrictive trade practices, merger control and state aid rules, in addition to preparation for and during competition investigations. He lectures on competition law at the DJCE of the University of Caen Basse-Normandie and has authored publications in law reviews and law encyclopedias.
