Elsa Sependa is an English-qualified lawyer and member of the Brussels bar, based in the Brussels office of Gibson Dunn. Ms. Sependa specialises in antitrust law and regulated industries, in both a European and a national context. Her practice includes cartel and sectoral enquiries and international merger control, and she advises on restrictive agreements and abuse of dominance. She also has experience in developing and implementing client-specific antitrust compliance regimes. Ms. Sependa’s practice encompasses a broad and ever-growing range of commercial sectors, including consumer goods, financial services, telecommunications, media, manufacturing, utilities, and health care. She deals frequently with competition regulators in multiple jurisdictions worldwide.
