Elisabeth Baraduc is a former associate at Duhamel Rameix Gury Maitre (formerly Baraduc Duhamel Rameix). Elisabeth Baraduc, barrister to the Paris Court of appeal, became barrister to the Council of State (Conseil d’Etat) and the Supreme Court (Cour de cassation) in 1980. She presided the Supreme Courts Bar Association and is currently a partner of Baraduc Duhamel Rameix. Doctor in public law, she deals with competition law cases in front of both the Council of State on concentrations issues and the commercial chamber of the Supreme Court on sanctions taken by the Competition Authority under the control of the Paris Court of appeal.
