Elena Puiu works as a legal and policy officer in the Directorate for public procurement law and policy of the European Commission’s Internal Market and Services DG. Before joining the European Commission, she worked during several years as an Avocat à la Cour in the Paris Bar. Ms Puiu studied law at the University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and at the University of Bucharest.
