Over 48 years of civil service, at the DGCCRF and the Commission de la Concurrence in particular, and subsequently as a lawyer, Dominique Brault has played an invaluable role in the conception and drafting of competition rules and their application by public authorities and companies. His eight years of teaching as an associate professor at the University of Paris 5 René Descartes, frequent participations in international cooperation projects and numerous books and articles are a testament to his great interest in competition law and policy. Dominique left retired from Herbert Smith Paris in May 2011.
