Dirk Hamann is a Partner at Herbert Smith Freehills. Dirk`s practice as a corporate lawyer has a focus on the energy and natural resources sector, infrastructure, healthcare and general industries. He advises a broad range of utilities, renewable energy companies and funds on acquisitions or disposals, joint ventures, restructurings and other projects in this area, both internationally and domestically.
