Diego Herrera Moraes is currently the Head Lawyer of the Mundie e Advogados’s Brasilia branch office, a prestigious law firm in Brazil. His practice involves domestic and international transactions, especially on Antitrust, Consumer Protection Law, Telecommunications, Administrative Law and Governmental Affairs. Prior joining the firm, Diego served as an International Antitrust Consultant for the Federal Trade Commission’s Office of International Affairs. He is a member of the board of the Brazilian Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section. Diego is also a Ling Institute Fellow, a non-profit institute that provides scholarships to talented professionals with entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills. He holds an LL.M degree from Berkeley Law where he was an Associate Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. At the same Law School, Diego received a certification in Law and Technology from the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology.
