Diana Ungureanu is an experienced trainer, currently a commercial law judge within Piteşti court of Appeal. Diana Ungureanu is also a trainer for the National Institute of Magistracy (INM), where she coordinates the institute’s initial training in commercial law and continuous training in European competition law programs. She is also an associate professor at Dimitrie Cantemir Christian Universiy (Bucharest) and Constantin Brâncoveanu University (Piteşti). Mrs. Ungureanu is currently working towards a Doctoral degree in the field of European law, business law and commercial law at the Université de Limoges, Faculté de Droit et des Sciences Ėconomiques and also has a wealth of practical experience as a judge. She has collaborated, on behalf of the INM with numerous european institutions and workgroups, such as: EJTN Training of Trainers workgroup of the European Network For Judicial Training, she was a member of the judge’s board for the THEMIS competition of European law schools and the INM’s representative in the External Relations Working Group of the European Judicial Training Network.
