Diana Pham is a lecturer and also a PhD student, specialised in public law, at the Centre de Recherche en Droit Public (CRDP), University Paris X Nanterre. She is presently writing a thesis on the introduction of market economy in China, and more particularly on the implementation of antitrust law in China.
