Denis Samuel-Lajeunesse was Chairman of the Agence des Participations de l’Etat (APE) at the French Treasury from 2003 to 2006. He was Chairman and CEO of the Lyonnaise de Banque and the Banque Vizille from 1992 to 2002. Since November 2009, he is senior adviser at Kepler Corporate Finance + Cushman et Wakefield.
