Delphine Riccardi graduated from HEC (PhD) and La Sorbonne (Master of Law). She firstly worked as a competition lawyer with law firms located in Paris, London and Brussels. She is now adjoint professor at HEC Paris. Her research and teaching interest are mainly related to strategy and business policy within regulated industries. Her works analyze specifically the impact of the regulatory policies adopted by the independent regulators on private investors’ strategic decisions.
