Deeksha Manchanda is a partner in the Competition Law Practice at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, New Delhi. She has previously worked as a Law Clerk with the Supreme Court of India. Deeksha represents various clients across sectors, including financial services, e-commerce, pharmaceutical, construction equipments and real estate in various cartel and abuse of dominance investigations before the Competition Commission of India, the Appellate Tribunal and ancillary litigation before other forums. Deeksha has also been involved in the notification procedure for mergers. She also designs and implements compliance programs and advises companies regarding their commercial arrangements and agreements from a competition law perspective. Deeksha has completed her Bachelors in Civil Law (B.C.L.) from the University of Oxford as a Commonwealth Scholar for the year 2012-13. She obtained her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from National Law Institute University, Bhopal.
