Davide Quaglione is an Associate Professor of Applied Economics at the University “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti and Pescara and Research Fellow at GRIF, Gruppo di Ricerche Industriali e Finanziarie, LUISS Guido Carli University, Rome. He holds a PhD in Law and Economics (University of Bologna). He is supervisor of the Electronic Communications Division of the Network Industries Observatory, GRIF, LUISS Guido Carli University and has extensive advisory experience in regulatory and antitrust issues (infrastructure policy, electronic communications, airport services, Local Governments Action Plans).
