David is a partner in Sidley’s London office, where he focuses on EU and UK competition law. David has considerable experience in merger control, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance cases, State aid, litigation, and antitrust counseling across a broad range of commercial practices. He has been involved in a variety of high profile cases before the European Commission and the national competition authorities in the United Kingdom. David has advised clients in a wide range of business sectors such as financial services, FMCG, insurance, IT, media, metals, music, pharmaceutical, publishing, sports and utilities. David has participated in seminars and written on topics such as EU and UK merger control, remedies, and cartels. He features prominently in the rankings of competition law professionals in the leading bar publications such as Chambers, IFLR1000, PLC Cross-border Competition Handbook and Who’s Who Legal.
