Daphne Vagogne is a graduate of the College of Europe in Bruges (LLM in European Law) and Paris II- Panthéon Assas (Master 2 in European Litigation). She is a qualified lawyer and trained in the competition departments of Davis Polk and Wardwell LLP (Paris) and BDGS Associés (Paris). She also completed a Blue Book traineeship in unit A1 (Antitrust Case Support and Policy) of the Commission’s Directorate General for Competition. She works on State aid matters, cartel law, antitrust procedures and merger control. She joined Hogan Lovells (Brussels) as a trainee in September 2015.
